Scott M. Peterson is an associate with the firm. He graduated from Potsdam College in 2001, where he recieved his B.A in Political Science with minors in pre-law and English, and recieved his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2004. While at Albany Law Mr. Peterson was active in Government affairs as well as in the negotiations and mock trial settings, and served as a Managing Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology.

Mr. Peterson practices primarily in the area of Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on municipal defense, premises and automobile liability and medical malpractice. He also practices in the areas of Labor and Employment law and Civil Rights defense.

Mr. Peterson is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
