The plaintiff alleged that our client negligently purged a propane cylinder and caused an improper mixture of air and propane in the plaintiff's propane tank which resulted in combustion of the propane and serious burns to the plaintiff's hand. During the trial, our attorney proved the plaintiff's own negligence contributed to the accident and the case was resolved with a modest settlement on behalf of our client.
