NVN represented the manufacturer of a large commercial meat grinder in a case where plaintiff alleged that the meat grinder was defectively designed and unsafe. The plaintiff’s arm had become entangled in the machine which caused serious permanent and disabling injuries to the plaintiff. We represented the manufacturer in an action against the plaintiff’s employer that modified and altered the machine which resulted in a settlement and a favorable outcome for the manufacturer.
