NVN represented an obstetrician/gynecologist in a lawsuit commenced by a woman who claimed that the physician did not do enough to convince her that she needed a C-section to deliver her twins. The plaintiff chose to have her babies naturally with the assistance of a midwife. After successfully precluding the plaintiff's expert witness and proving that the twins were developing normally, the case was resolved with a modest contribution from our client.
