The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court upheld the jury’s verdict of no cause for action against diagnostic and interventional radiologist represented by this firm who allegedly failed to discover a retained central venous catheter guide wire which had migrated into the plaintiff’s heart allegedly causing endocarditis. This firm successfully represented the physicians at trial and in the Appellate Division where the verdict of no cause was affirmed.
