In this medical malpractice action the plaintiff alleged that our client, a family doctor, failed to order appropriate tests that would have diagnosed and prevented the heart attack that caused the sudden death of a 40 year old wife and mother. Our attorney persuaded the jury that the doctor did not depart from acceptable standards of care and the jury returned a verdict of no cause for action.
