NVN represented a manufacturer of a propane barbecue grill in a case where the plaintiff alleged that his propane tank exploded while he was grilling hot dogs for his grandchildren, causing second degree and third degree burns to 50% of his body. After commencement of the trial, plaintiff reached a settlement with the propane supplier that allegedly overfilled the tank.
