Verdict of No Cause - Failure to Diagnose Pre-eclampsia

In this case, the plaintiff alleged that her obstetrician/gynecologist failed to diagnose her pre-eclampsia and toxemia which resulted in the stillborn birth of her child. Our attorney proved to the jury that our client did not commit malpractice. After one week of testimony, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the obstetrician/gynecologist.
