Premises Liability – Verdict of No Cause for Action

NVN successfully defended a national convenience store chain in a premises liability action wherein the plaintiff claimed he sustained herniated lumbar discs and a disabling knee injury when he tripped and fell in the parking lot of our client's store. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in October, 2001.
