NVN was successful in appealing to the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court for an Order dismissing a lawsuit against a family practice physician who allegedly failed to detect the plaintiff's breast lump and failed to diagnose her breast cancer. The Appellate Division decision dismissing the case was unanimous.
